Terms and Conditions

• Absolutely no returns on granite, special orders, clearance or closeout items.
• Returns will be accepted upon approval, within 14 days after receipt of goods, less 15% handling/restocking charges for all items in full factory sealed packaging, 20% for opened items and 30% for all reusable assembled items.
• All returns must be accompanied with a receipt–no exceptions.
• J & K 8 Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of the measurements brought in by customers; all quantities ordered are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Wood is a natural material with variations in color, texture and figure. As such, variations in color may occur.
• A fee of $45.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
• All cabinets & vanities come unassembled unless noted on invoice (fees may apply)
